Claudia Stundner
Claudia (currently on maternity leave) has got an extremely good knowledge of human nature. For Example for some couples in her clique, she read their future and her predicts actually occurred.
This extraordinary sense for people, is quite useful in her job as well: Claudia is HR manager at PALFINGER EPSILON and therefore responsible for the entire on-boarding process. She handles the applications, makes the pre-selection and introduces the company to potential employees. The figures clearly show how busy Claudia is: At the beginning of 2017 PALFINGER EPSILON had 100 employees. At the end of the same year the number of employees rose up to 140. ‘I have the privilege to find new people who will work for us’, Claudia explains her job ‘and I can accompany them to develop according to their strengths’.
The reason why Claudia knows that well which candidate fits best to PALFINGER EPSILON, is that she herself is part of the EPSILON-Team for eleven years already by herself. Within this time Claudia has worked in several departments and therefore was involved in many core processes.
By the way, for PALFINGER EPSILON Claudia predicts a continuous strong growth. And who knows, maybe she will be right with this prediction as well.
