PALFINGER IBERICA SALES CONFERENCE HOSTED GUESTS IN AUSTRIA

Around 60 dealers and service partners were invited to Salzburg from 8–10 May 2019 to get to know the birthplace of PALFINGER cranes and have the opportunity to talk to PALFINGER experts face-to-face about current developments and projects. After an in-depth meeting on day one, on day two there was a tour through PALFINGER WORLD and the production locations in Lengau and Köstendorf.

The PALFINGER Iberica Sales Conference also culminated, of course, in a visit to PALFINGER EPSILON in Elsbethen. The dealers and service partners were divided into three groups and given a detailed insight into the ‘timber and recycling cranes’ product area. Smart Control was the highlight of the day alongside the plant tour and the introduction to the company. THE solution for all crane novices and all those who prioritise efficiency and lessening the load when working. After all, thanks to Smart Control – the new boom tip controller – each cylinder does not have to be controlled individually like before. This makes crane work not only more efficient, but also less exhausting for crane operators because the control variant prevents them from becoming too tired too quickly. Not only this, but since operation is so intuitive, it is also much simpler to train budding crane operators as well. The dealers and service partners were also able to experience this first-hand by trying out one of the prototypes there and then.
After three intensive, eventful days and many interesting conversations, PALFINGER Iberica said goodbye to its dealers and service partners with a ‘¡ Gracias y hasta luego ‎!’, thinking ahead to the next meeting in summery Spain.
