There are supposed to be trainees, who are just allowed to make coffee and that’s it. This is not the case at PALFINGER EPSILON: When Christian started his internship at PALFINGER EPSILON, he got responsible tasks in the areas of production, quality management und purchasing right from the beginning. That was so appealing to him, that he started his first job at PALFINGER EPSILON after his internship right away. When he is now asked about his job, he confidently responses “ I am constantly improving the crane”. He does that by getting deeper into the matter. Christian wants to get to the bottom of things and is eager to find the right answer for every challenge.
This characteristics already gave the impulse for his diploma project in high school, in which he and his colleagues developed an electric vehicle, which has already been approved for the road. In a competition with 27 participants – including universities with a large budget – Christian and his colleagues took the ninth place. This is one of the reasons why PALFINGER EPSILON became aware of the talented twenty-year-old. And because he can do so much more than just making coffee.
