Employees learn from employees
Due to the enormous interest and the numerous requests for participants, two training dates were even held to ensure that all interested parties were given the opportunity to attend.
The training itself consisted of two parts: A theoretical and a practical part. In the practical part, all participants had the opportunity to try out the assistance system SMART CONTROL. This helped them to develop a better understanding of how this supports our end customer in daily operations by increasing speed and safety.
In addition, the participants were able to test the COMFORT DRIVE lateral topseat on our Scania vehicle for themselves. This allowed them to experience first-hand the perspective of our end customers and test the performance of our cranes in the timber industry. At the same time, they were able to experience first-hand the comfort of the COMFORT DRIVEN side seat.
The feedback from the participants was extremely positive, as shown by a survey. Over 90% of participants said they were very satisfied with the product training. This training was another example of the commitment of our employees to continuously educate themselves and also to ensure that they are well prepared to provide the best possible service to our customers.
