A-Line success in North America
A-Line cranes represent more than 60% of the market in North America. To be able to enter this market, EPSILON decided back in 2014 to build a dedicated model, M13A. This new model incorporates the well known EPSILON features, like EPSCOPE or EPSLINK, but also new features were needed to meet the customer expectations, like COMFORT DRIVE - the new crane command centre with the optional Cold Weather Package and EPSHOOD features, endless slewing system or magnet preparation.
In 2015 the serial production was started and this December 2021 we received the order Nr. 1000 for A-Line!
PALFINGER EPSILON M13A is the only A-Line imported unit in North America, all others are locally produced. At the same time, M13A is the only model which can offer 9.8 meters (32 feet) in the industry!
PALFINGER EPSILON A-Line cranes are used on different applications, like:
- Bulk Waste collection
- Storm Clean-up after big storms or hurricanes
- Tree Services
- Timber
- Railway maintenance
Starting this new year we export A-Line also in Chile in South America, where we also received positive feedback from the market!
